My dad was in the market for a new SUV and I tagged along because I knew I’d be in the market in the next year or two. From the moment we walked in, Joe Jacobson genuinely treated us like family. He made us feel at ease and never pressured us into a decision. He gave us a lot of space and time alone to browse and contemplate but he was immediately available whenever we needed him. Joe was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Mazda models and trims (this dealership has an abundant stock) and other car makes. He was invested in helping my dad with his specific needs and preferences. At no point did I think I’d be leaving with a brand new car but Joe made the numbers work - he gave me a great deal for my trade-in and the price came in way under what I anticipated. When I made the last-minute decision to buy just as the dealership was about to close, Joe, Luis, Neil, Victor, and Aaron stayed behind to see that I got into my new car. Aaron, the financing manager, made that part of the process totally seamless for my dad and myself. I love my new car and I’m so thankful for my new Mazda family! More

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We called on Thursday bc we were interested in a new CX-5 and within a couple of hours Steve brought one over to our house in Yulee. H have ever had.
