Such a refreshing and simple experience, especially after going to SEVERAL dealerships in the past two weeks and being told that I need $2500-$3000 down and/or a co-signer. On Monday evening, I submitted an online finance application without having spoke to a sales representative. After submitting my application, I called Mazda City of Orange Park. Neil Middleton answered the phone. I informed him that I just submitted an application online and I gave him a little back story on my situation. Neil let me know he would submit my application to their finance manager and would call me back. Within MINUTES (I want to say less than 4-5 minutes), Neil called me back with the great news that I had been approved! We scheduled for me to come in the next morning. When I pulled up into their parking lot and parked, I noticed that no one was standing outside like vultures LoL. If you've been car shopping before, you KNOW what I'm talking about! Typical dealerships, when you pull up there are a bunch of sales representatives (like vultures) waiting and peering at you as you start to feel anxious coming out of your car. NOT HERE! I noticed that and I absolutely LOVED not feeling anxious because reps are waiting to "catch me" so-to-speak. Anyway, once I sat down with Neil and went over several things, test drove the vehicle...before I knew it I was in finance. Neil Middleton & Aaron (finance manager) both were very thorough and quick, which I liked because they respected my time. I must say, out of my many years of financing vehicles this was the BEST experience I've had!!! I recommend you to go see Neil Middleton and the Tom Bush family at Mazda City Orange Park. Even if you have challenged/damaged credit, just set an appointment, talk with them be honest and transparent. You may be pleasantly surprised! I'll DEFINITELY be back to purchase future vehicles! In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy my brand new 2021 Mazda!!! More

Eric Singer at Mazda city was amazing. I think he knows more about Mazda than the Mazda people. He was upfront about everything and I appreciate that he didn't hound me (which I hate) - but he was there if more about Mazda than the Mazda people.
