I found a vehicle that I really liked (not a Mazda) and was greeted by Phil Calascione. We talked a bit and Phil handed me the keys and said take it for a test drive. I loved it. Once I got back, I voiced to Phil my concerns with the trade in since it was not in the best shape. Phil assured me that we could make a fair trade, and we certainly did. Every aspect of the purchase and trade-in process was smooth and fair. I was in and out of the lot with a “new to me” truck in about 2 hours including the test drive. Phil was a pleasure to deal with and if needed to go back, I would definitely ask for him. If you need a new or used vehicle, go to Mazda City of Orange Park and ask for PHIL CALASCIONE! Even when we left Mazda City to go look at vehicles at other dealerships there was zero pressure to by from Mazda City. We did however return to Mazda City and purchased the 2013 Mazda 3 that we initially looked at. The price warranty and above all the quality of the vehicle couldn't be matched at any of the other local dealerships we had visited. I have purchased many vehicles and it always takes 3 to 5 hours to get all the paper work done and finally drive off the lot. Not at Mazda City, it only took about an hour and a half and we were on our way home. Thanks again to Joel for a great customer experience, we will look at Mazda City of Orange Park for our future vehicle purchases as well. More

We choose a car and ready to negotiated the price. After like two hours of back and forth by the salesman and manager, we got a price down. Later on, we have to go back to work because we ran out of time. We have agreed the price, but not the interest rate yet. So I called couple times to negotiate the interest rate, and we also got the interest rate down the sales man said ok, everything is fine. But let him asked the finance manager and he will call us back. And then the best part, we never heard anything from the sales man or the manager. I mean we spent so much time negotiating and agreed everything. The person just disappeared? If you don’t want to sell us the car at the first time then just reject everything and we don’t have to sit down and talked. We don’t have to waste our time. The sales man himself offered us a price and we both agreed it’s not like we’re forcing each other. We’re waiting for his call the whole day and he just didn’t call us back. It’s just wasting our time. Maybe his time are not valued but ours are. This whole experience was just horrible and disappointed, the dealer is extremely not responsible. More

Joel Montijo was our sales cons We recently bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from here and it was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Joel Montijo was our sales consultant. He is a really down to earth, no pressure guy. I felt quite at ease working with him. He is honest and straightforward, no games. We had spent a few months researching both the vehicle and the various Mazda dealerships. Joel kept in touch with us and helped us get a good deal both on the price of the new car as well as on our trade-in. He was the most knowledgeable of all of the other sales people we had spoken with and took time to show us features we didn't even know the car had. We drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership because we think they're offer the best buying experience. We plan to have our service done here as well. I would recommend Mazda City in Orange Park to anyone looking for a Mazda. Ask for Joel, you won't be disappointed. More
