He is a really down to earth, no pressure guy. I felt quite at ease working with him. He is honest and straightforward, no games. We had spent a few months researching both the vehicle and the various Mazda dealerships. Joel kept in touch with us and helped us get a good deal both on the price of the new car as well as on our trade-in. He was the most knowledgeable of all of the other sales people we had spoken with and took time to show us features we didn't even know the car had. We drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership because we think they're offer the best buying experience. We plan to have our service done here as well. I would recommend Mazda City in Orange Park to anyone looking for a Mazda. Ask for Joel, you won't be disappointed. More
