He was patient, understanding of my needs/wants, worked with me so I only had to come up to the dealership to switch cars and sign the paperwork, and was easy to talk to. When it was time to get the keys to my new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring, he showed me how to work the features and made the entire experience like nothing I had every experienced before. Not only did Joel make me feel special, so did everyone else in the dealership by telling me congratulations and shaking my hand. The finance manager, Greg, was great by being patient and explained everything to me in detail before signing. However, Joel introduced me to a 2012 Mazda3 which I test drove and immediately I could feel how much smoother this car drove and handled, not to mention other attributes. The car is slick! I feel like I could have shopped around and got a lower price, but after filling out all paperwork online and spending so much time there, we were just done. Don't spend time on paperwork ahead of time... it takes forever regardless. Ask for Joel though and he will do his best to get you into the car that is right for you! More
