Then we found Joel Montijo at Mazda City in OP and he was amazing!! He was patient, understanding of my needs/wants, worked with me so I only had to come up to the dealership to switch cars and sign the paperwork, and was easy to talk to. When it was time to get the keys to my new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring, he showed me how to work the features and made the entire experience like nothing I had every experienced before. Not only did Joel make me feel special, so did everyone else in the dealership by telling me congratulations and shaking my hand. The finance manager, Greg, was great by being patient and explained everything to me in detail before signing. Joel kept his word before, during and after my purchase and even checked in on me the next day! Outstanding customer service and a great salesman/dealership to work with! Highly recommend!! Initially I was after a Scion, but that didn't work out for the interests of the financiers. However, Joel introduced me to a 2012 Mazda3 which I test drove and immediately I could feel how much smoother this car drove and handled, not to mention other attributes. The car is slick! Been driving it two days and feel stoked about my purchase. Thank you so much Joel for the recommendation! Also, admittedly I did freak out the last minute of the deal and left the place quickly, but when I made up my mind they all welcomed me back just as friendly as they had when I first arrived.
