Usually, I and my wife will do a lot of research and be fairly educated about the car we are interested in but Joel completely exceeded my expectations by going over every single component of the car, starting at the front, all the way to how to adjust my heads-up display. To say that Joel was very knowledgeable would be an understatement. He worked with us for the rest of the week making sure we would choose the correct car that would fit not only our budget but our taste. His customer service was above and beyond.
