However, Mazda City of OP made buying my new CX-5 easy and fun! I was absolutely blown away. The whole experience was 1000x better than what I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Our wonderful salesman, Victor, showed us the exact vehicle we were looking for right off the bat and then took the time to explain every feature on the vehicle. Every question of mine was answered patiently and in detail. He then found the exact trim and color combination I was looking for at another dealership across town and got it for me. The process of coming to a deal was straightforward. I felt that the dealership was very fair and transparent in the process. We came to an agreement very quickly, had the paperwork signed shortly thereafter, and were on our way within a couple of hours total. When I picked up my car, it was pristine. Victor walked me through all of the features once more, answered all of my questions, and I was on my way! Just really, really easy.
