Extremely Pleasant Experience I had never financed a car before walking into Mazda City of Orange Park this past week. I went in expecting just to look around and start discussing I had never financed a car before walking into Mazda City of Orange Park this past week. I went in expecting just to look around and start discussing the idea of purchasing a car with this company. I was pretty nervous, considering the reputation car salesmen have, and didn't want to be pressured into buying anything, and I really didn't want to be sold something I didn't want, or that wasn't of the quality I was looking for. After speaking with Joel Montijo, discussing my financial situation with him, and what type of vehicle I had in mind, he very quickly guided me into the direction that I needed to go, without being pushy or dishonest like I had heard and seen other people be at other dealerships. It's very easy to read that Joel is a decent, honest person, that you can trust to get you what you need or want and be real with you about the process. I purchased a used car of another brand with this dealership, and it couldn't be more perfect. It wasn't what I thought I wanted, but it was definitely what I was looking for. Joel found me a newer car than I expected to be able to get for my price range, with lower miles than I expected I could get, for a cheaper price than I was expecting to pay, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. When we first walked into the showroom, it felt different than other dealers. No cliches; no high pressure sales; no nonsense. Victor was extremely helpful in guiding our decision, and the entire experience was relatively stress free and "civilized." Of course, Victor wanted to make a sale, but he also listened closely to our needs, and we ended up getting the right car for our needs. In summary, I would recommend Mazda City, and next time I'm in the market to buy a new car, I'll be sure to return to Mazda City. More

Before buying this car, I had been researching and going to dealership after dealership. It was extremely stressful, and I began to loathe the carbuying process altogether. All of that changed at Mazda City. First of all, the Mazda 3 I bought was my dream car from the moment I saw it. The car is amazing, and I wouldn't trade it for any other make or model. I wouldn't have had the opportunity to get this car, however, if it weren't for the awesome people at Mazda City. Robbie, Greg from the Finance Department, and the sales manager (sorry, forgot your name!) all were supportive, helpful, kind, and not pushy in the least. I had walked out of 3 dealerships in the previous weeks because of how pushy they were, so I was most certainly a hard customer to please. Robbie took his time with me, allowed me to think about my decisions, and before the day was done I was driving away in my new Mazda. I would never have bought it if the sales team were off-putting. I highly recommend Mazda City over any other Dealership in Jacksonville, and suggest anyone who is nervous about car buying speak to Robbie. More
