The initial greeting from Joel Montijo was professional and friendly, after finding out what we were interested in Joel checked to see if we had talked to anyone else at Mazda City. As many know when searching the internet for a car, contact with dealerships is inevitable, so was my capacity for not keeping track of who I may have received calls from. That being the case, Joel discovered I had indeed talked with Ken Baxley, this is where they won me over, instead of the typical sales attitude that I would deal with Ken and Joel would be out of the loop, Joel went the extra steps and made sure, as Ken was on an appointment, that we had everything we needed including a test drive. As we had an appointment to be at we told Joel we would be back at 3pm. On arriving we were greeted by both Joel and Ken and went through the painless process of buying our new car. I would highly recommend anyone in need of visiting a car dealership include a trip to Mazda City of Orange Park and ask for Joel Montijo or Ken Baxley, thanks again guys.
