Great experience all around! Brand new building and the facilities feel and look amazing - very modern. Free wifi so I always Bring my laptop to do work emails there. The people at the desk are very friendly and welcoming so there is no problem with them at all. They have always been extremely pleasant to work with. The problem is with the business. Every single time I go there is no problem with them at all. They have always been extremely pleasant to work with. The problem is with the business. Every single time I go there for an oil change I get hit with a list of other xx work you guys want to do to try to upsell me. This time it started with the oil change itself. I was scheduled for a $300 service when I just wanted the usual $70 oil change. Then I got a list of OVER THREE GRAND of additional work you wanted to do. Are you people serious? Over $200 for fuel injection cleaning when all you do is add a bottle of product into the car? Once before over $50 for an air filter that we all know costs $10 or less and takes all of 60 seconds to replace. The list goes on. It’s insane. Please add “not a xxxxing idiot” to my profile in your system and don’t bother me with your scams every time I go there for an oil change. Thank you! More
