Bought a used 2017 cx-5 on Wednesday. Michael said diagnostics were run and there were no issues. Picked the car up on Thursday. Had to have the car jumped within 72 hours. Asked about the diagnostics they ran, "car started fine for us". Starting the car is not a diagnostic. Checking the battery is diagnostic. They sold me a car with a "bad battery" and then tried to charge $250 (minus a gracious 10% discount) for a new battery. Bad business practices. Bring a mechanic or at least a code reader since their "diagnostics" are less than acceptable. More

I think the sales person was great and patient, however when it came time for the financing I feel like I was blindsided they came back saying credit was on mid 500’s which I knew was wrong I gave a bit of when it came time for the financing I feel like I was blindsided they came back saying credit was on mid 500’s which I knew was wrong I gave a bit of pushback and they assure me my credit was not good so I needed to pay more, when it came time to signing docs they had me sign a credit disclosure that shows the my mid credit was 660 I questioned that and was again assured that this was not the number the went by for my tier, it was lower? I’m in finance I kick myself for having signed a document that did not reflect what they were basing my rating on, I feel played. More
