The people at the reception are great and friendly. However the service is poor.Gps(android auto)worked great for first couple months, then it started getting disconnected at times. I did my first servicing there and told them my android auto gets disconnecting and looks like the usb connector was loose. They said, updating the software would fix it. After the update, Now the gps in maps gets stuck and doesn't move. It keeps disconnecting at every turn, at every bump. I had to stop and discoand connect again. I went again and told them that, tbey said they will reset the software and would be fine. Same problem. I think the service person is very bad and ignorant. I told them to place an order for replacement of the port as one can literally see the loose connection. Right now, i did not bother to go back again to mazda of Lodi to get it fixed. I bought a mazda cx5 new signature car and what good is a car if one has to stop every few mins and the service center doesn't fix the problems. More
I came in Mazda of Lodi on Saturday to browse around, to be honest at first I did not feel comfortable with the dealership and I almost walked out with my husband, I also didn’t have a good feedback from fr be honest at first I did not feel comfortable with the dealership and I almost walked out with my husband, I also didn’t have a good feedback from friends regarding this dealership so I was expecting the worst, however, when Dmitry, our sales consultant came, he was very pleasant and took care of us. Bottom line, it’s better to experience it first hand before taking other people’s advice. It was the coldest time of the year, yet they were busy on that day with many people browsing around. The transaction went great, the service we received was so good compare to other dealership on Bergen county, we felt like we were taken care of sincerely, I didn’t feel pressure with any sales talk, the Manager was also nice and worked out a deal for my monthly payments. Overall a great experience on this dealership. More

Service was great. Cost for changing the air filters is a little high. It’s very easy to do on a CX-5 and the filters themselves are cheap, so I will do myself.
