A salesman told me he'd hold a Honda CRV for me since we were making an hour trip to get there. We arrive, had to wait 1 hour and 20 min (not an exaggeration) before being helped, not once did anyone follow up with us to make sure we were okay. It's always a bad experience seeing other customers being helped who arrived much later than you. In the end we were told that the car was being sold to someone who got there later than us. If this wasnt bad enough please read this. They showed us 2020 Mazda CX5, only 68,000 miles on sale for $21,000. The front and back seat looked fine enough and engine ran fine. However, upon opening the trunk there was trash piled up ankle high of open water bottles, used tissues and a single ripped up shoe. You can't make this up.. The salesman explained that they just got the car but this shows how bad their practice is. The worst experience at any dealership. More
