I’ve informed very well during my Trade-In process. Dmitry was my sales person and help me a lot.. Took a test drive and discuss and compared the cars with Dmitry. 3.9 APR was great option for CX-9 so Dmitry was my sales person and help me a lot.. I made an appointment to see a particular vehicle at this location. This was done through Gail via email, saying that the car is available. She assigned Henny to assist me in person. Once I arrived to the de location. This was done through Gail via email, saying that the car is available. She assigned Henny to assist me in person. Once I arrived to the dealership, Henny informed me that the car was unable to be shown and started showing a different car, insisting it was the same anyway. He let me know if I would like to see the car that I had an appointment for, a deal would have to be in place. Therefore, in order to view the car that I had an appointment for, a deal in place would be needed. Please beware of this business practice being conducted here. I was looking forward to giving them my business, but will look elsewhere now. More
