How is one suppose to take a salesperson (Management: ( The 2 guys sitting at what looked like the managers station) The salesperson walks over to us and starts throwing numbers off his cell phone. We asked to see it on paper and he goes back to the 2 guys ..comes back and rattles off more numbers off his phone.. we asked again for the Worksheet which should state price, fees and residual. He claimed they do print outs. We've visited maybe 5 or 6 other establishments and they all have shown us on paper what fees and payments would be.. So for this place not to offer this service is beyond me. We understand that things aren't what they were 3 years ago but sheeezz. We got pulled in from New York by the advertisement which was pure bull. Are just suppose to say ok I'll take it. A little too late to try and fix things and apologize. Had your Chance right there and then. We Could have possibly driven off the lot that same day With The CX-30
