These particular customers came into Mazda of Lodi with a specific bugdet for a vehicle. Our sales rep Lance worked to the best of his ability in order to get them into a CX9 vehicle that had more room than the CX7 vehicle at a low monthly payment that fit their budget. The satellite option was explained to both customers that it was an accessory that would need to be installed. They were never told that it was a standard feature of the particular CX9 model they were looking to ultimately purchase. All options and features were shown and explained to the customers upon delivery. However just to satisfy our customer's needs, the satellite unit was installed. We strive to satisfy all the needs of our customers in any way that we can. As You can see from other reviews, we here at Mazda of Lodi have satisfied many customers over the years.
