Can't say enough positive. My daughter's CX 30 lease was up and was considering upgrading to a CX 5. I submitted an internet inquiry and was promptly contacted by Jennifer Pere My daughter's CX 30 lease was up and was considering upgrading to a CX 5. I submitted an internet inquiry and was promptly contacted by Jennifer Perez. Through text I let her know our situation and a couple of days later we set an appointment. I must preface that the CX 30 came out of Ramsey Mazda and they were sending us offers that I considered insulting which led me to try Mazda of Lodi. We arrived for our appointment and were met by Mike Noble because Jennifer was out not feeling well. Jennifer had communicated our situation to Mike. Mike started by showing us his stock and letting my daughter select a color. We then went for a test drive which satisfied us to suggest a deal. Mike looked into rebates available to us as returning Mazda customers and asked what we were comfortable with putting down, Based on what we discussed they came up with an offer and we negotiated to a very fair deal. The deal was very transparent. I'm very familiar with leasing and used a financial calculator and showed them my numbers and without hesitation they disclosed theirs making the process extremely easy. Part two, the finance manager, was equally simple. Mateo was straight forward and offered us some additions but was not pushy at all. When all was said and done we were able to return our previous vehicle and take delivery on the new one in under three hours. Outstanding job by Jennifer, Mike and Mateo for making it happen.
