They were trying to up charge me the entire time rather than fully understanding my problem then trying to help me out. I went in for an oil change and my command buttons feel into the console. They were trying to replace the entire console when the only problem was the buttons fell not the function of the buttons. In addition I was told that the buttons falling never happens when I have seen all over the internet that this is a thing that happens with Mazdas. I didn't appreciate being gas light and trying to be up charged for a problem that was easy to fix. More
