Sale price had 2k extra charged over the lease buyout price of 18k, in addition to 1.5k sales tax. Document fees was double the average and ESC premium of 600 dollars changed to 1950 during contract sign price of 18k, in addition to 1.5k sales tax. Document fees was double the average and ESC premium of 600 dollars changed to 1950 during contract signing. All hidden so no one can final review on 2 pages of paper. Overall added 5k to the final lease buyout. Financing cost is also at the highest possible rate of 8.9%, when market is at 6-7% despite 5k down payment. Big mistake coming to this place !!!! More
