I just leased a Mazda CX-30 from Roseville Mazda for my business, and I could not have been more impressed with the experience I had. We were warmly greeted by Carlos, who listened intently to my requir business, and I could not have been more impressed with the experience I had. We were warmly greeted by Carlos, who listened intently to my requirements for a vehicle, seemed genuinely invested in finding me the perfect car for one of my staff members, and then quickly brought me to the exact car I needed. He was incredibly low-pressure. We shook hands on the deal, headed inside, and he started the paperwork. Because this was a business lease, they needed a bit of extra time to get the approval from Mazda Corporate, but were never out of communication, and every single step of the process was smooth. The sales manager, John, made everything easy, and Scott had us in and out of finance in a flash. Soon, we were headed home with a new company car. We will inevitably be leasing more vehicles in the coming months/years as our business quickly expands, so it is so wonderful that we have a team of quality professionals we can trust to make this process easy for our next purchases! Can’t wait to have a Court get my Deposit back!....they say they want to help but wont these guys are criminals.....you will not get to keep my deposit without putting tords the car.....these guys are now saying we took it of the cost of the car before financing but the car was not that much.......Be careful..........Crooks / I read their response what a load of crap.....slick as oil.......Be Carefull....I would have probably settled. they are trying to say the right things on this post as they to get this post removed.......Rich corporations Dumpimg on the small guy...... The 2025 Mazda CX-5 I just purchased was my first car purchase since I acquired my 1990 Honda Accord. Due to my rural location, I initially contacted five different Mazda dealerships in the Northern Cal purchase since I acquired my 1990 Honda Accord. Due to my rural location, I initially contacted five different Mazda dealerships in the Northern California area. From day one, Nathan (Nate) Shirey was the most outstanding sales rep with whom I dealt. His response to my initial request for information was immediate and thorough. From day one he handled all of our interactions in a professional, friendly, respectful and honest manner. I especially appreciated his patience as we awaited delivery of my car, how he kept me updated on progress of the delivery. During the pickup process, Nate was extremely patient with my learning curve for all the new electronics in the vehicle and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my introduction to how everything worked. He made the process understandable and fun--going the extra mile to make sure all was set up and working for me before I left the dealership. Working with Max Cuadras in the "business office" was a similar thorough, efficient and pleasant experience. He made all the paperwork understandable--with no pressure on me in making any optional decisions. I was very impressed with both Nate and Max. In the course of my professional activities I deal with a lot of (non-auto) major asset acquisition and disposition transactions. I can honestly say that I wish I could work with professionals like Nate and Max every day. It was just great to have extremely pleasant interactions with them both which reflected a clear, honest, prompt and reliable understanding and handling of the purchase. Their willingness to go the extra mile to assure I had--and will have--access to any questions I had or may have was an unexpected bonus in earning my respect and appreciation for these two young men. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Nate and Max! More
