Brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 with faulty air conditioner, and scratches all over the vehicle. I asked if optional items were on the vehicle and was told YES, but it wasn't. Now three days after receiving this vehicle, it's in the shop for repair and I'm paying out of pocket to get some of the options I wanted on this vehicle. More

I came due to noise eminating from driver-side headlight. Amy took note of the problem, and confirmed the noise source. It was taken in and that was also confirmed by the tech.
