Brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 with faulty air conditioner, and scratches all over the vehicle. I asked if optional items were on the vehicle and was told YES, but it wasn't. The driver drove the vehicle from Claremont to Bellflower in the heat on a Friday afternoon, but according to Nick perhaps he didn't use the air conditioner (40 miles). Now three days after receiving this vehicle, it's in the shop for repair and I'm paying out of pocket to get some of the options I wanted on this vehicle. More

I came due to noise eminating from driver-side headlight. Amy took note of the problem, and confirmed the noise source. It was taken in and that was also confirmed by the tech. I did they tech replaced the part, and the problem was resolved. Amy was friendly and professional thru out the this issue, and called me like she promised. Thank you Amy for providing good service.
