I’ve long said I’d rather go to the dentist, than buy a car, but that wasn’t how this purchase was at all! thanks to our sales person Garrett Oxnaes! I had Somewhat of a bad EXPERIENCE with MAZDA ELK GROVE. My SALES REP was Taylor Schacher... Great guy with a bright personality. EXCELLENT. The whole experience was nice until dealing with the SALES MANAGER, DAVID GREENLY. Bad attitude, possibly racist! xxxx, he didn't even elect to get up off his chair an introduce himself to my fiance and I!!!! And I'm a CASH PAYING CUSTOMER! Taylor tried to negotiate a good deal with DAVID GREENLY in the sales manager's office and I caught him peering between his monitors at me! Taylor had then come out of his office to tell me that the price of the vehicle stands as is and that the manager doesn't want to budge. So. That was my honest experience about MAZDA OF ELK GROVE, CA. Would I personally go back? Nah.... Would I recommend MAZDA OF ELK GROVE? Nah. For the simple fact that RACISIM may exist from within! But hey, that's everywhere in USA!! More
