Although Luis wasn't the one who helped us with the purchase and paperwork, he was there to deliver the car and was extremely friendly from the get-go. Luis sat down with me and my parents who were accompanying me to walk us through the features of the car, making sure we were happy. Without saying too much, let me say that I wish Luis was the one helping me from the beginning - my experience with Taylor wasn't the best. Not awful, but certainly not wonderful. More

I received the credit application via mail, completed and next day was approved and the car was delivered to my home. The credit manager was thorough and the entire process was as painless a process as possible. The sales associate arrived on time with the paperwork and the car was ours. Through this 3 day process the sales associate was professional and courteous. He responded timely to any questions I had and delivered as promised. Never been so happy with the car buying process.
