I went in on Monday - fair. I’ve had a 2020 CX-5 purchased from Mazda Elk Grove, which we intend to give to our daughter for her college graduation. I went in on Monday - no appointment - wanting to get the 2024 CX-5 and had a specific VIN I wanted with a specific price point and finance arrangement in mind. Kevin approached without any pressure and pointed out where the new cars were on the lot. He popped by a few minutes later (just as I had just spotted the ViN I was eyeing) to see if we wanted to look at anything, he could get us the keys. Well, Kevin got me in the car I wanted for a test drive, we came to a very fair deal in a short time, and I was driving my new car home a few hours later! Thank you Kevin! More

The dealership was very clean (spotless) and I was very impressed with how great everything looked from the bathrooms to the showroom floor to the offices. He showed me quite a few options and we went over numbers and I ended up with the car that I’ve always wanted and I absolutely love it and am enjoying it!! I bought my daughter a car there three years ago and now I just got my car there and I will be back to get another one when the time comes!
