They had the answer before I had a chance to ask the question. My car shopping experience wouldn't have been the same without them. I was nervous at first of the idea of a new car and making that leap but I am so happy that I did because I couldn't be more happier in my brand new, straight from the show room, flashy 2016 Mazda 6. He was great and answered all our questions with no pressure to buy. So we went back two days later so I could test drive a car. Radish was off so Garrett Oxnaes helped us. He is the best Sales Person my husband and I have ever dealt with!!!!! He was knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. He demonstrated all the safety features for me. He never pressured us to buy but took the time to make sure we saw/understood all the great features/benefits of the car. He made the buying process from beginning to end a pleasant experience. I could go on and on, but just know you would get exceptional service if you ask for Garrett. If I owned my own business I would hire Garrett as part of my management team, he's that good. They do what they say they will do! End of Story. I had a bad experience at a large dealership in Roseville. They agreed to give me the same, screaming deal, as the other dealership (but unlike the other place, they lived up to the promise of getting me in and out quickly with my 3 year old in tow along with having the ACTUAL vehicle I called about in stock, not at another dealership in San Jose). I didn't have to fill out any duplicate paperwork. Nor did I have any hassles with arguing over the details when I got to the dealership. WHAT JAIK AGREED TO OVER THE PHONE IS WHAT HAPPENED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP! From start to finish I spent under two hours trading in my car and signing, yes signing, the paperwork for my new car. THIS IS HOW NEW CAR BUYING SHOULD BE! Go to Elk grove Mazda and ask for Jaik.
