Great Dealership! This is probably the 8th dealer I've been to, and man was it worth the wait! They were having a sale and I got the car of my dreams (2013 Mazda Mazda3 This is probably the 8th dealer I've been to, and man was it worth the wait! They were having a sale and I got the car of my dreams (2013 Mazda Mazda3) for a very good price! Ended up paying about $200 below what I wanted to max out at. Great car, come to find out it is pre-certified, which was awesome! Had amazing service, everyone was very nice an accommodating. Took us on the best test drive route out of everyone. Overall experience was definitely top 2 out of all dealers I went to. I would definitely go back if I ever wanted to trade or buy another car. More

First Time Buyer I came to Elk Grove Mazda after visiting 3 other dealerships. What I liked about this dealership was that everyone was extremely helpful and I didn't I came to Elk Grove Mazda after visiting 3 other dealerships. What I liked about this dealership was that everyone was extremely helpful and I didn't feel extremely pressured by anyone I came in contact with. As we approached the dealership we were greeted by Nick Ishihara. He immediately introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. I already had a certain vehicle in mind, and he went and found it for me. For Nick not being in the business a really long time, I was quite impressed with how much he knew about the car I was test driving and all the things he was telling me to do during our test drive. It was the most thorough test drive I had been on. Once I decided I really liked the car and wanted to purchase it, Nick was very helpful, he worked with us, and he made my first time purchasing a car a great one! I worked with Steve in finance who was also extremely helpful as well. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is the trade in process. I traded in my car and used some of the money as a down payment. I asked that the rest be given to me in a check. The night I purchased my vehicle I didn't have the registration or title so they said I couldn't get the check then. I completely understood and went the very next day with the requested documents. It's been a little over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the check. I understand it takes time, but I did my part in a timely manner, and I would have appreciated the same sense of urgency. This of course was no fault of my salesman, as this matter is not something he attends to. I will definitely recommend this dealer and Nick to anyone looking to buy a car, I might just recommend they don't do a trade in. More

Super Duper 5 Star Rating Experience : I was shopping around for a compact car for my son who goes to Sacramento State University. Not knowing the hours I happen to be there 15 minutes befo I was shopping around for a compact car for my son who goes to Sacramento State University. Not knowing the hours I happen to be there 15 minutes before they open on Sunday before Labor Day. Guess what? I was greeted outside by sales specialist Nick Ishihara who happen to be there early as well! He impressed me with a warm welcome and made me very welcome. He took time to listen to my needs and showed me all options. Nick was very professional, friendly and not pushy at all when I told him that I need to coma back later with my wife and son. I visited one other dealership to on my way home at the same Auto Mall just to do comparison shopping. I left there very disappointed. I later went back to meet Nick with my wife and bought the Mazda 3 from him.Nick made the difference in making it very a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. I was immediately greeted by Matt Heidrich, who asked me questions about my price range for a car. After I gave him my initial run-down, he found me new and used cars that exactly matched what I was looking for. After I found and test drove the 2014 Maza3 that I wanted, he went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal he could, without being pushy or impatient. All the while, he let my brother play with his iPad and eat pizza too! That was very important to me as well - he is a very family and friend oriented person. After I received the go ahead that I could buy the car, I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with Steve Wray, who laid out the best plans for me in terms of coverage. After that, my car was ready to go, but not before Matt personally went and helped detail my car to perfection. He would not expect anything less than perfect. Lastly, he showed me all the extra features of my car, and seemed just as excited as I was to drive it off the lot and enjoy my new Mazda. Matt even told me that I could personally call him at anytime with questions about my new car, which made me feel that they had my back even when I drove off the lot. I am fortunate and very lucky to have had the experience I had at Mazda of Elk Grove. No place is better, not one.
