We love the Mazda brand and previously owned a Mazda 3, currently I drive a Mazda CX9 and have been very happy with it. My first visit to Elk Grove Mazda I was greeted by Gill and he was able to answer many of my questions and I test drove the Mazda 3. I told him that I would be driving other cars before I made a decision. He was very helpful and followed up with me the next week. The day that my husband and I decided we were ready to purchase we went to the dealership and because Gill was not in and we had not given him a heads up that we were coming we were helped out by Michael. We were able to take our time and not feel pressured. We wanted certain features and Michael was very helpful in locating a car that would fit what we had in mind. Throughout the time we spent at the dealership we were treated with courtesy, respect and felt that the employees that we were in contact with showed a genuine interest in us and not just in making the sale. Steve in finance was also a pleasure to work with and he took the time to explain warranty options etc.. and also secured us very satisfactory financing terms. All in all, I felt that when we left the dealership we were well taken care of and I anticipate that Elk Grove Mazda will continue to live up to our expectations as we take both of our Mazdas in for service in the future. More

Great Experience Sales Rep - Mike K. helped my husband and I and WOW was he great. We felt super comfortable, no pressure. He answered all of our questions and seemed very genuine. We decided to buy a 2015 CX5, and Mike made our experience very enjoyable. Seriously, if you go, ask for Mike! Finance - Steve W. helped us finalize the sale and get through all the paper work. He was funny, quick, and didn't pressure us at all. We got out of there sooner than we expected. Dealership - Once we agreed to a deal we went on a tour of the dealership. It's pretty small but they have a nice waiting room with free wi-fi, coffee, water, and soda. On our tour we met the Sales Manager, the Service Department and the receptionist. Everyone was very nice and congratulated us on our purchase. It was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. The dealership has a free car wash for cars purchased there and free vacuums to clean out your car. Apparently they are installing a brand new car wash system that uses a sensor in your car to start the wash. Fancy! Price - We went there with a price point in mind and ended up pretty close to it so we were happy. Car - Holy smokes. We couldn't be happier with the CX5. It handles well, looks amazing, has great features, and is super safe. Great great car. More

Having previously worked in the industry, we are always looking for great customer service and found it with Garrett. We researched our top choices for about a week before deciding to come in and test drive, and immediately fell in love with the Mazda 3 Grand Touring hatchback both online and in person. Garrett understood that we knew what we wanted and accommodated our slightly picky nature by digging our car out of a back lot. The first car we test drove was the car we ended up leaving in later that evening. Negotiation was straightforward and at no time did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. Contracting and paperwork was quick and easy, we were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with our new car. What you hear on the radio and online is true, the sales team at Mazda of Elk Grove is focused on customer service. We have, and will continue to, recommend the dealer to friends and family. More
