Very knowledgeable about all aspects of this vehicle. Nick didn't pressure me into making a purchase that day which impressed me. I went to three other dealerships in the immediate area, and looked at vehicles in this class and my decision was based on Nicks knowledge and also my research. In fact he was the deciding factor in my decision on this car. I would also like to add the rest of the guys involved in my purchase, Grant Saige, and Steven Khuu, were also very professional, and courteous during this whole car buying experience. It's quality people like this that will maintain a business such as yours. This is kinda my second car purchase from this dealership. As I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Nissan of Elk Grove. Again the recurring theme is excellent customer care. I probably will make this dealership my car buying tradition from now on, because of quality Sales Specialists such as Nick Ishihara. Easy transaction I went to another Mazda dealership first. At the other dealership, I had to sit around for what seemed like hours while the salesperson kept going bac I went to another Mazda dealership first. At the other dealership, I had to sit around for what seemed like hours while the salesperson kept going back and forth to "talk to his manager." It was like something my grandpa would have gone through buying Studebaker or Edsel in the last century. They did not do the "I gotta talk to the manager" routine with me at Elk Grove Mazda. The salesperson at Elk Grove worked the transaction out with me over the phone and computer before I got there. The price she had texted me prior is what ended up on my final paperwork. Elk Grove actually had the car they said they had, unlike the first dealership's bait and switch attempt. The Elk Grove salesperson had the car all ready to go for me when we go there. The only hiccup was that one of the keys was missing, but she found it and mailed it to me promptly as promised. The closest thing I have to a criticism is that I was willing to wait five months and pay another $2,000 if I could have got the exact configuration I picked on Mazda.com, but apparently custom ordering isn't really an option except for BMW's and Tesla's; not really Elk Grove Mazda's fault, but the manufacturer's website gives the shopper an impression you can pick your car exactly, when the reality is I got to pick from a single hatchback, manual transmission car on the lot, in one available color: pavement gray. More

I live in Sacramento and I am sad to say that Elk Grove wasn't my first choice because of the drive. I hear to tell you it is worth the drive, So look at Elk Grove Mazda first. The Sacramento dealerships didn't have the car I was looking for. Elk Grove Mazda did! I stared my experience over the phone looking for the trim level and opposition I was looking for. Gerlie was friendly, polite, and very professional over the phone and located the car I was looking for. Unfortunately I called later in the evening and we weren't able to finalize all the details that evening. Gerlie informed me that she would not be at the dealership the next day but assured me that would pass on all my information and sales representative would contact in the morning. Sure enough a little after 9am Isaiah contacted me to finalize the deal. When we showed up a the dealership we were surprised to see how nice it was. Some other dealerships look rundown not Elk Grove Mazda it looked modern shiny and new. We had our 14 month old with us and his monster of a stroller, it was nice that there was more than enough room to be able to more it about. We really enjoyed the little kids room and we took advantage of the soda fountain and coffee. Isaiah met us at the front door and can I say wow! For a guy that has only been doing this for 5 months you would never know it, unless you asked which I did. His professionalism was phenomenal. He was patient in explaining details of the safety features of our CX-5 to my wife and understanding when we needed to take time to tend to our little one. Isaiah was quick with collecting all our info so we could continue to move rapidly through the car buying process. After the paper work was done Isaiah introduced us to Kyle our finance officer. Kyle professionalism was unsurpassed as well. He really took the time to go over all of our options and explain to them in detail, while the whole time keeping the everything light and easy to understand. After Kyle explained Mazda maintenance package to use, we both agreed it was a good idea and we left Kyle's office know that our Mazda services will be covered for the next five years or 75k miles. Oh did I mention the ten-year hundred thousand mile powertrain warranty and offered by the dealership and free car washes for life to boot! Thank You Kyle. The paper were signed and we are now new owners of a new CX-5. Once again Isaiah helped us with the delivery of our new car. He really took the time show me all the features of the car and even show me some helpful tips in operating the infotainment center.
