Elk Grove Mazda was participating with Consumer Reports so I spoke to Garrett and asked him for a specific vehicle ( not at his dealership) and told him I was talking to another Mazda Dealership and wanted so I spoke to Garrett and asked him for a specific vehicle ( not at his dealership) and told him I was talking to another Mazda Dealership and wanted to see which one could get me the Car I wanted and give me the best price. I called both Salespeople around 9am on a Tuesday morning and Garrett had located the vehicle and emailed me the price along with the window sticker by 10 am... The other Dealership never provided me with the information for a comparison and tried to convince me a different vehicle would work for me. Garrett's willingess to go the extra mile along with Elk Groves ratings and of course the price made the decision easy. It was an overall good experience and if anyone I know is looking for a Mazda I would definitely refer them to Garrett. More

I started at Infinity and it was not quite the car for me. No hard core seas just very nice people who want to make sure you buy the car you are going to be happy with. We arrived at Mazda Elk Grove through the Costco Auto Program interested in a CX-5. Through costco there is a pre-negotiated price on the vehicle, which happened to be $500 under invoice. As far as customer relations, we worked with Garrett who was very friendly and super helpful in making sure that we got the vehicle with all the options we wanted, without trying to upsell us too much. Additionally, we had our 3 month old with us, and Garrett and everyone else we dealt with were very patient as we had to deal with an at times fussy baby. More

I have given such a high review because I really appreciate Maverick's help. I went in to look at cars and see which one i could leave with. My heart was set on a new one and he helped me accomplish appreciate Maverick's help. I went in to look at cars and see which one i could leave with. My heart was set on a new one and he helped me accomplish my goal as close as possible. My case is a lot more complicated than usual, I have a stable income but my husband works for a family company which makes it unbelievably hard to prove. I was not approved for what I was aiming so highly for. So i had I left, a little upset. Maverick went out his way to get me approved with my credit alone. I went back in and wallah ,He had to pull a lot of strings including convincing my husband that I did have options. What I love most is that i felt that Maverick was there to help us not sell us or set us up for failure. I will definately be recommending him to others, especially with odd situations like myself. I was forced to look into purchasing a car after an accident I was in totaled my car. We had been planning to continue with our current car for 4 to 5 more years, however circumstance changed that.
