I had looked at a few other dealerships before coming to Elk Grove Mazda. I came out all the form the bay area just to see Garrett and Anthony. My girlfriend had boughten a car from them not to long ago and she referred me to them. Right when I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Garrett had the car I was interested in all ready for the test drive. I had been through a few test drives on the same car, but the test drive here was the best I had experienced. Garrett took me through every detail of the car and showed me how to use al the technology. He really knew every detail about the car. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers, both Anthony and Garrett were really working hard to stay within my wishes. They both worked hard to make sure I was taken car of. I had a couple people in front of me to go into finance so Garrett bought me lunch! Such a nice gesture that did not have to be done. Once I got into financing it was smooth sailing, Steve made sure I understood every detail of what I was signing. He had no problem answering any of my questions silly or not. Overall this was a great experience for buying my FIRST car! I highly recommend this dealership. If I decide to get another Mazda in the future I will defiently be coming back. More

After researching and test driving a number of small SUVs I chose the Mazda CX-5 and test drove it at the closest Mazda dealership. I wasn't happy with their service so called the other two local dealerships I chose the Mazda CX-5 and test drove it at the closest Mazda dealership. I liked the Elk Grove phone salesman the best (unfortunately I don't have his name) and when he told me their dealership extended the drivetrain warranty to 100,000 miles - that clinched it. My son took it from there and got an internet quote. We met with our salesman, Garett Oxnaes who smoothed out our complex method of paying. I really appreciated that he took a lot of time making sure I knew the ins and outs of operating my new CX-5, especially the bluetooth system. In fact, he set it up with my iPhone for me. Garett was great, he got along great with both my son and me. More
