Matt was extremely helpful in getting the price where we wanted it, and got us to head over to meet him. The entire transaction from test drive to signing was a breeze. This was our third vehicle purchase in three years, and I have never had such an enjoyable experience at a car dealership. I 100% recommend The For Any Auto Group. All these worries and concerns mentioned above were set to the wayside upon meeting Jaik at Elk Grove Mazda. From the start he was more than helpful and extremely informative, giving me answers to the questions that I had in an extremely friendly and relatable manner. A pushy car salesman is someone no one wants to dialogue with and someone a car buyer always dreads. However, this was not the case with Jaik. He was never pushy or demanding. He gave me time to think and reflect. I test drove the Mazda 3 – a vehicle that I have been looking intently at – and after doing so, thanked Jaik for his time and told him I would have to give it some thought as I was looking at other potential purchases. Within an hour, Jaik followed up with me doing further research to answer prior questions that I had, which was something that I greatly appreciated. He did not have to, yet he went the extra mile to help me. As the week wore on I test drove other vehicles and interacted with other salesman, but nothing was matching the vehicle or the experience that I had at Elk Grove Mazda. As a result I eventually called Jaik back and scheduled a second test drive. I am a person who values great work ethic, hard work, and honesty, which is something that both this dealership and Jaik possess, which was one of the reasons I was drawn back to it. After driving it a second time, I fell more in love with the car and eventually decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and could not have been happier. Jaik was able to work a more than comfortable price and made be felt at ease as I signed the paperwork. A car buying experience can be a gut wrenching and horrendous experience, but it does not have to be. My interaction with Jaik and Elk Grove Mazda proved to be the antidote to such worries and concerns. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and am now in the car that I absolutely love driving!
