Good price I got a great deal on my Mazda 3 and working with Nichole was great. Unfortunately my online interaction was not- after clicking "e-price" button on t I got a great deal on my Mazda 3 and working with Nichole was great. Unfortunately my online interaction was not- after clicking "e-price" button on the website I began getting calls and e-mails, but 8 e-mails in the rep still refused to talk price, just pressured me to come in to the dealership. The website is apparently just a shady lead harvesting tool. In the actual dealership the price negotiations were exactly the type of high-pressure condescending silliness that should have been left in the 80s. Visited 5 Mazda dealerships and this was certainly my least favorite experience, but they had the car in the trim and color I wanted at a price I couldn't refuse. More

Up Front and Good Follow Through I started my search with Mazda of Gladstone after a suggestion from my son. First, I went online to review my options and choices. Carmen responded qu I started my search with Mazda of Gladstone after a suggestion from my son. First, I went online to review my options and choices. Carmen responded quick via email, answering my questions and helping me make my decision for a CX-5. She also was helpful in explaining financing and terms. I made an appointment to see the car, take a drive and complete the paperwork. The staff was friendly, helpful, forthright and in less than 3 hours I was ready to be on my way with my new shiny red CX-5. Carmen took the time to explain the basics of driving the car, which could have been overwhelming since I haven't driven anything newer than 2007. And been driving a 25 year old van for the last several years. I know it will take time for me learn all the features of the SUV. I called back the next day with questions and Carmen cheerfully answered them quickly and easily. I am pleased with the experience I had with Mazda of Gladstone and have no complaints. More
