"First 1,000 mile service"

Everything checked out with no problems. Car was finished as promised in a little less than and hour. Was given a car wash voucher be they actually vacuumed the floors during the service/inspection.

"Another Excellent Experience"

We went in to have our 2017 Mazda CX-5 serviced and get instructions on how to replace the battery in one of our key remotes, as the car was telling us the battery was low. Not only did they replace the batteries on both remotes--they did it for free and the service was done in less time than they predicted. And, truly nice, enjoyable people.

"Shady business"

Shady dealership. Me buying a car was contingent on getting the Apple carplay retrofit for free when it released. Now they're saying they will not honor that verbal agreement and will charge me $500. This was a five star review that I am now dropping to one star. Shady shady business. By the way I know people that work at corporate. I got the family and friend discount from the corporate office in Irvine, CA and will be sure to let them know what's happening.

"Fast and Friendly"

We received a recall notice from Mazda, something to do with the front passenger airbags. When we pulled into the service bay Avalon seemed to know exactly who we were: "Are you Anthony Lester?" she asked. When I said yes she pulled our paperwork, told us what to expect, got our keys, verified our contact info, had us sign a work order, and we were on our way. Avalon said it would be a couple hours (we had dropped our car off about 1.5 hours before our appointment time) but within an hour and a half she called to say our car was ready for pickup! When we got there about 30 minutes later Avalon had our car and paperwork ready, we signed the work order and we were on our way with a repaired car and a free wash coupon. Fast, friendly, and efficient....very professional!!

"Detailed work"

I went in with concerns for a possible leak, going into the winter I didn't want to risk being stranded. Avalon and the team dug deep to make sure that I didn't have any leaks and even did a pressure test to make sure I would be safe before handing me the keys. I was given a loaner car and was well taken care of and made accommodations to work around my work schedule. I appreciate the service team and their effort to keep me confident in driving my vehicle worry free.
