I arrived at the dealership very early in the morning before the sales department was even open. There was one guy there working who stopped what he was doing to come and help me. He answered my questions, brought vehicles around for me to look at and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As it turns out, he was the general manager. It says a lot about a dealership when the GM stops what he's in the middle of to help a customer for half an hour before the place is even open. That same level of customer service and professionalism was apparent in everyone I worked with. When Nichole arrived she took over and was equally professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well. She explained the many options and features on the CX-5 and really helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. She even helped me get my new CX-5 home on a Friday night in rush hour traffic! David Mendenhall in finance was a pleasure to work with as well - I think that's the first time I've actually enjoyed my time in the finance office. The buying process was straightforward and open. I got a very fair price and it didn't take hours or days to do it. They even played fetch with my dog while I worked on paperwork. I highly recommend Nichole and Mazda of Gladstone! More
