Kat was very knowledgeable about the features and capabilities of the 2018 cx-5 GT, and made sure I tested out and understood the amazing features such as lane assist, blind spot monitoring and radar cruise control during my comprehensive test drive of the vehicle. During financing, Kat was very helpful in helping determine whether to lease or buy, and thoroughly explained the differences between them. When it came down to the final paperwork, sales manager Daniel made sure the process was as quick as possible and helped me choose the coverage for the vehicle that was right for me. Just don't steal his pen. People always steal his pen. (I almost stole his pen.) If you are in the market for a Mazda, I would definitely recommend having Mazda of Gladstone on your short list. TLDR - The cars are great, the associates are amazing, and don't steal Daniel's pen. More

Katarina was very welcoming and was well informed on the vehicles we looked at as I was considering new and certified used. I was a serious buyer but not ready that weekend. Over the next week Katarina stayed in touch via text, email and voice mail without being pushy. The following weekend I was able to include my wife in the buying decision and Katarina along with her manager Sarah were very accommodating. When I had a couple questions she did not have first-hand knowledge about Katarina reached out to fellow teammates who were nothing but helpful and friendly. I purchased a 2017 Certified Mazda 6 GT at a price I was very comfortable with. The closing process was relatively timely and added benefits were offered without a hard sell. Katarina proactively set up a service appointment for me after the sale to have the Tech Team check out an item I had a question about (turned out all OK). Dissatisfied I gonna in and went through some negotiations regarding purchasing a vehicle through a business. I ended up leaving and came back a couple days later I gonna in and went through some negotiations regarding purchasing a vehicle through a business. I ended up leaving and came back a couple days later and when I was dropping off the check so they would order the car day ended up removing all of the rebates on the vehicle because the vehicle was in a business name. This was all made very clear from the beginning the car was gonna go in both my personal name and business name, so for them to come back and do this after having talked with me obviously made me upset and I don't feel as though this dealer is trustworthy. More

Fast and Friendly We received a recall notice from Mazda, something to do with the front passenger airbags. When we pulled into the service bay Avalon seemed to know ex We received a recall notice from Mazda, something to do with the front passenger airbags. When we pulled into the service bay Avalon seemed to know exactly who we were: "Are you Anthony Lester?" she asked. When I said yes she pulled our paperwork, told us what to expect, got our keys, verified our contact info, had us sign a work order, and we were on our way. Avalon said it would be a couple hours (we had dropped our car off about 1.5 hours before our appointment time) but within an hour and a half she called to say our car was ready for pickup! When we got there about 30 minutes later Avalon had our car and paperwork ready, we signed the work order and we were on our way with a repaired car and a free wash coupon. Fast, friendly, and efficient....very professional!! More
