I've had 28 years of experience in the Car Business and I have dealt with man sales men and women during that time and I would have hired this young woman on any sales force I ever managed. She has the qualifications to meet the highest standards ever set. I believe she will become a top level representative for Gladstone Mazda or any dealer she may be inclined to work in. The First Time Car Buying has been Enjoyable Between my husband and I, we have been through this process a few times. We were both very pleasantly surprised at our experience at Gladstone Mazda. From the beginning when Lucas shook our hands, to driving our CX5 off the lot, everyone was kind, respectful, professional, and great communicators. Lucas related to us, asked us questions about ourselves and our lives and actually remembered, and was a pleasure to spend time with!
