Overall it worked out fine I was able to purchase my vehicle all from the comfort of my home (1.5 hours away). I am disappointed that the vehicle didn't come with accessories th I was able to purchase my vehicle all from the comfort of my home (1.5 hours away). I am disappointed that the vehicle didn't come with accessories that they had listed in their pictures. When I inquired about it instead of just apologizing they tried to get snarky with me. I had to shut that down and almost walked away to another dealership. They gave me a better deal on the vehicle so I stuck with it. They did deliver the car to my doorstep so that was nice. I was able to sign documents in my dining room and never had to go to the dealership. Overall not terrible but I would verify extras at the beginning of any deal especially if you see them in all the pictures. More
