We didn't experience any of this with Carmen or the folks Mazda of Gladstone which made the decision to purchase from here a no-brainer. If there's a need for another Mazda in our future we won't hesitate to come straight back, and would recommend the same for anyone else on the market in PDX. More

There was no hard sell, and no team sales tactics where five different people are brought it to talk to you. As a first time new car buyer I had a lot of bias and expectations of the sales people and shady business. Mazda of Gladstone was the first dealership I visited, and I was surprised how laid back and generally friendly everyone was while not pushing an agenda. I decided to visit a few other dealerships and found my preconceived notions represented in various forms elsewhere. I ended up with a relatively easy decision. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, so they gave me a loaner for the day. All told it was a reasonably painless experience, and I ended up with a car I'm really happy with. More
