Wonderful staff Megan and Lynn were great at finding me the car I want. We originally went to a Honda dealership for a vehicle but was turned away by their rudeness and unwillingness to help us purchase a vehicle, so we w We originally went to a Honda dealership for a vehicle but was turned away by their rudeness and unwillingness to help us purchase a vehicle, so we went across the street to Mazda were we had already previously considered buying a Cx-5 but didn’t pull the trigger and was gonna settle for the Honda CR-V. We were immediately greeted by Renze as we entered, he was friendly and easy to talk to, he showed us some vehicles, let us test drive them, even personally handed us water bottles as it was a scotching 90+ degree weather (I’ll let it be known at Honda they did not offer us anything). Our overall experience was quick, easy, and everyone there was friendly and nonjudgmental (the vibe we received at Honda). Definitely recommending anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle to stop by! More

Kat Kingsley, was amazing she My experience with Mazda of GladStone started with an inquiry I made on a vehicle I saw on Mazda of GladStone's website. Kat Kingsley, was amazing she was the first person I spoke with from Mazda of GladStone. From start to finish Kat was phenomenal she made my entire experience pressure free! Honestly though I had my doubts. I was already turned away from three other major dealerships in the metro area and started believing I was stuck with the car I was in. I was told that my bad credit and the negative equity from the car I was in were the reason they couldn't help me. So I was expecting more of the same when Kat and I finally spoke. So I told her she couldn't help me based of my experiences from the other places. Thank you Kat for conveniencing me to make the trip. If it's not for you, Jonathan Hale, and David Mendenhall I wouldn't be in my new 2018 Mazda 3. I can't thank you all enough for being so gracious, helpful, and SO GREAT at what you do! Played for a fool My Mother and I went into Gladstone dealership looking for a used Mazda CX5. They didn't have what we were looking for but offered to show us a new 2 My Mother and I went into Gladstone dealership looking for a used Mazda CX5. They didn't have what we were looking for but offered to show us a new 2018 CX5. I asked what the vehicle price was before getting in and was told "because we were Costco members we would be getting the Costco price" which would make is close to the amount we could afford. Shame on me for falling into the "car salemen" game. The beginning price offered was above the sticker price. We were NOT given the costco price. I have contacted Costco regarding their members auto services and found what would have been the price if givent. Costco also was not happy that Gladstone even used Costco in their salesmen game of lies. Costco will be following up with me if a few week regarding this situation. They only deducted $1000 which was the Mazda rebate offer. We were also game to the last minutes trick of "our mistake" which kept making the monthly payments higher and higher. Never again will I buy a car alone without a man. Not once did they care that they were taking advantage of a young women on her first large purchase. We will continue to tell as many people as possible on all social media pages regarding this experience. Word of mouth goes very far. Shame on YOU Gladstone and shame on me for falling into the lies and game. Huge life lesson learned. More

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. No pressure or discussion of pricing. Later that week made a phone offer that was accepted. I've been through the car buying service several times before and yet never have I cannot say enough great things about my experience buying my CX-5! I've been through the car buying service several times before and yet never have I had such personalized service. Carmen is by far the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She listened to exactly what I wanted in my new car and walked me through the entire process. While other internet car salesmen were pushy and on their own agenda, Carmen actually listened and found the car that I wanted. This was the first new car I was buying only in my name. She made me feel very special when she did things like put a giant bow on my car and take several pictures of me. I would recommend her to everyone! More
