Lynn stepped in when I showed up at the dealership without an appointment and Manny was with another customer. Lynn quickly got up to speed on our deal and ensured the process was stress free. I had to complete the transaction within a very narrow timeframe and Lynn went out of her way to ensure the purchase was finalized and the car delivered on time. Carmen was friendly, no pressure, honest and straight forward. The price Carmen quoted online was exactly what I paid with no up-sales once in person. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Best of all, Carmen actually knew all about the Mazda’s she’s selling, unlike other sales people I’ve dealt with. Carmen knew which Mx-5’s had a lsd and has even driven them on track.
