Outstanding Customer Service! Everything and everyone was amazing! My daughter was looking for a new car and Lynn was just the right person to help her out. After her purchase, my Everything and everyone was amazing! My daughter was looking for a new car and Lynn was just the right person to help her out. After her purchase, my daughter raved about how amazing Lynn and everyone at Mazda of Gladstone treated her. Her car was beautiful and she was so happy. So naturally when I spoke to my daughter about wanting to trade my older car in and purchase a new one, we went to Mazda of Gladstone. I was very happy with the selection of vehicles and chose something I loved. Lynn and Daniel L. in finance stayed until almost 11:00pm getting all of the required paperwork squared away and signed. They were smiling and laughing with me all evening without a single complaint about the time. My husband also went in the following week and even though he was worried about his credit issues (there were quite a few!) they were able to get him financed and into a new car that he loves. They are nonjudgmental, kind, funny, hardworking, and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. So to wrap this up, Mazda of Gladstone will have our family as customers for life! More

Lynn Sanchez is amazing! I didn't end up buying from Gladstone because it was a little farther away than I wanted to go. I ended up at the Beaverton Herzog Meier Mazda and they had a CX-5 which I fell in love with. Out of all the people I talked to in the last week about looking for a new car, Lynn from the Gladstone Mazda, was by far the nicest and most genuine! I felt pestered by every other salesperson I was in contact with. Lynn was not pushy at all, she was super friendly! So if you are in the market for a Mazda, ask for Lynn. I have 100% confidence that she will take care of you. More
