They did not apply pressure or play the sales to manager game too much. They new I had done some price research with true car and had some idea for margin. There was some negotiating but the process was pleasurable and low pressure. This appears to be a change from years ago from other dealers. The professionalism of mr Hill was top notch and apparently he is relatively new to the Mazda family. I think he is going to have a bright career from what I saw. Knowledge, friendly , low pressure , efficient all superb qualities. More
