I was reviewing the cars I The moment I have decided to trade in my car through KBB, I had a phone call from Carmen Lukowski from Mazda of Gladstone. I was reviewing the cars I wanted to buy and the reviews of the Mazda 3 were the best among all the brands I was looking for. Added to that a very polite and educated Carmen call me to discuss a possibility of a trade in of my car. Carmen has an special skill, hard to find, she is polite, very educated, do not push the customer, creating a very easy atmosphere to discuss and negotiate. Buying a car can be a fun experience. As I was very interested on the deal and Mazda is a great brand, there is no other possibility than negotiate with her and even, maybe not getting exactly what I have expected on my trade in. But customer service like that pays the price and sometimes the customer is willing to pay for it. While I was working with Carmen I got a phone call from a potential negotiation with a little more money on my vehicle. At that point I didn't want to go through all the hustle because I was having a great service. Must say that the entire team, and apologies for not remembering all the names, at Mazda of Gladstone were very polite and friendly. I will certainly recommend Carmen Lukowski and Mazda of Gladstone for close friends that are looking to buy a new car. Nevertheless I really like the Mazda 3, the combination with a great work is nothing less than 5 Stars... are there any 6 stars available? One of the most painless car buying experiences We came in looking for a new CX-5, but ended up buying a 2016 CPO with the trim and features wanted, saving ~$7K compared to new. Erik was very good We came in looking for a new CX-5, but ended up buying a 2016 CPO with the trim and features wanted, saving ~$7K compared to new. Erik was very good to work with, and it's obvious he loves his job. All-in-all, it took about 3 hours from walking onto the lot to driving away. That was a car dealership record for me. I appreciated how they worked to get us Costco discounts, and that the car was detailed and filled up before leaving the lot. I would recommend them to friends or family who are in the market for their next vehicle. More

Terrible Practices Had a terrible experience with Johnathan and David Walton. After numerous emails regarding a vehicle I was interested in and a price point that would Had a terrible experience with Johnathan and David Walton. After numerous emails regarding a vehicle I was interested in and a price point that would work for me, Johnathan sent me a cryptic email about not wanting to make a deal. So, the sales manager David jumped in to try to salvage it. He proceeded to agree to a price, time, and date for me to visit the dealership. Upon arriving with my family (to coordinate a ride home) at the scheduled time, they were already showing the vehicle to another customer. They did not tell me that they could not reserve a car if someone else was on the property and offered to purchase it first. To cover their tracks they sent me an email two minutes after my arrival to notify me of this even though my parents were there 10 minutes prior. They supposedly didn't know my name when my parents asked despite having emailed me all day, and all weekend. I will never do business with Mazda of Gladstone. More
