Unexpected experience I wasn’t planning on buying a new car today, but I did. I don’t think I knew exactly what I was expecting, but it wasn’t horrible... just unexpected. The car is great and and as far as everyone at the dealership, they’re great too. Manny was very thorough and very nice. I know I have a much nicer model with all of the upgrades and features that the 2018 has, but I was disappointed with the length of time that it took and my final deal...probably a little bit off buyers remorse, but I can’t say that I’m not happy with the car or the professionalism and thoroughness of Manny. He went over a lot of things that weren’t mentioned to me the first time I bought my first Mazda. More

Lynn = total ROCKSTAR (& my car is great too!) I will start off by saying, I am a tough customer to deal with. I love me some details and spreadsheets and like a proper millennial, want to get the absolute best deal around. I knew for sure that I wanted the Mazda CX-5 and after getting online quotes (shout out to Alex on her team as well), I had planned on going to four local dealerships to review inventory and get negotiating. Right away I felt super comfortable and taken care of by Lynn, and kinda wanted to grab a drink with her after and keep chatting. She was far from pushy and I felt like she really had my back as far as wanting to get me in the car I wanted and helped to facilitate the approval by the manager at the price I was looking for. I am a tough negotiator and ultimately was able to get the exact deal I was looking for, for the exact car I wanted. She was very detailed and frank about the features of the car and the pros/cons. This was my first dealership purchase and I certainly had some anxiety about it, but she made me feel right at ease and made the big, scary, grown-up decision I was finally making.. enjoyable. Something I was far from expecting. Anyways, can't say enough great things - go to her! The managers are tough and probably hated me slightly given my bulldog negotiating, but also fun dudes themselves and if you are getting similar quotes at a number of dealerships, I would argue dealing with pleasant people like Lynn and having a mostly-painless experience is really worth selecting them for your business. So thank you Lynn, you rock!! Lastly, the car is AWESOME. I couldn't be happier, and as someone with mild-OCD who probably does too much research (if that is a thing), I still feel really confident that the CX-5 is one of the best cars around if you are looking for a small SUV. It basically is a super computer on wheels, that also happens to look pretty bad-xxx. My cool, trendy friends and soccer-mom's alike will be jealous, I am sure! More

Respectful, Honest, Considerate Manny, our sales guy, was outstanding. He didn't rush me, or push me in making my decisions. He was very up front about everything. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding, by any comparison I can make. This is not your typical car buying experience. I was not fond of our closer, he was very pushy and just rubbed me the wrong way, but I still purchased the car, and felt that Manny, and Dave Mendenhall's attitude and service more than made up for the poor experience with the closer. Even with my less than stellar credit, they worked hard to get me financed at an interest rate I could live with. After having driven the car for about 150 miles, I can say I love the way my mazda 3 hatchback drives. it hugs the road, and the car is comfortable to spend time in. Having only owned Ford, Chevy, and Volkswaggen cars previously, I have to say I was very impressed with the package offered in Mazda's base models. Manny took his time, and explained every feature of every car we looked at. I cannot recommend him enough. If the vehicle holds up as well as everyone says, I would definitely consider shopping here for another mazda in the future. More

We met with Lynn Sanchez who was an absolute joy to work with, Lynn introduced us to a CX-5 that we absolutely fell in love with. Lynn and the entire Mazda staff treated my family like we were part of theirs. Lynn partnered with Dave Mendenhall who took care of financing for us and is always incredible at what he does. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a car to visit the Mazda of Gladstone location. I have had the pleasure to meet with quite a few people within this dealership (even within service) and each person has always been extremely friendly and caring. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends of the great experiences I continue to have. More
