Lynn did a great job of showing me all of the features of the CX-5 and explained the differences between the various models and packages. She even went to the trouble of pulling a hard-to-find car from the way back just so I could see in-person a different exterior/interior combination. Not once did I feel talked down to or overlooked since I am a young first-time buyer. Overall, I got a fantastic deal on an amazing car and I would absolutely recommend Lynn and Mazda of Gladstone! One of the best car buying experiences! I was on the web looking for a new car. I was about to buy an Audi Q5 but thought I should do some more research and see what other comparable cars mi I was on the web looking for a new car. I was about to buy an Audi Q5 but thought I should do some more research and see what other comparable cars might be out there. That lead me to the Mazda CX-5 and CX-9. I sent an inquiry about a vehicle they had advertised and got a quick call back from Carmen. And so began a wonderful, no stress sales experience! If you went to the dictionary and looked up pushy, aggressive car sales people, Carmen would be the example of the opposite. Don't let that mellow vibe fool you, she knows all about the cars she sells, and offered up that detailed information when ever I had a question. I settled on the CX-9 Signature and we began the dreaded negotiation process. The sales manager, Dave Walton, was funny, professional and even my dog liked him! (yes, I brought my dog to the purchase of my new car). We agreed on a price, and began the process: purchase, lease, finance? I had already been pre- qualified by my credit union, but took a look at the zero % interest and wondered if that was a better deal. I asked Dave to help me with that math to compare the 2 options, and he was up for the challenge! Turns out the 0% loan would save me $2000 dollars over the life of the loan, so that settled that. Throughout the process we joked, laughed and even watched some playoff hockey, while waiting to get to the Finance manager (they sold 4 vehicles between 6-9pm). The finance process was also a no pressure event,, and I added pre-paid maintenance and extended warranty to my 0% interest loan! Overall I highly recommend Mazda of Gladstone and Carmen and Dave in particular. Thanks for a great experience!! More

We were greeted by Johnathan Hill who I recommend everyone to request before visiting because he's transparent, casual, and wants you to feel comfortable the entire time. We took a test drive in the CX-5 AWD, came back to the dealership, sat down and looked at our options after they ran our credit. We got the car with no interest for 5 years, what a steal!!! We selected our warranty, put in our down payment, and were out the door. I recommend these guys to everyone! More
