Stress-free and Friendly Buying Experience! When I began the car buying process this time I went in expecting to play hardball. I walked away from my last purchase (with a different dealership) stressed out, paying more than I wanted, getting far less for my trade than I wanted, not getting the features I wanted, and feeling generally abused by the whole process. I was not going to let that happen again. Working with Ted was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed, and communicative. The whole process felt transparent and honest with absolutely no pressure. I drove away after purchasing a new CX-5 feeling satisfied with the whole process. They took my trade at a value I felt was fair and within the range that I wanted. They stayed within the amount of money I allocated for a downpayment, and worked with me to keep my monthly financing terms exactly where I wanted. We were looking at the advertised lease rates which worked for our family budget and found a car at Mazda of Gladstone that fit. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were informed that the car selected was sold the previous day. Lynn provided a similar vehicle (upgraded trim version) and we negotiated a comparable rate. We wrangled my 2 young children through the whole process successfully and Lynn even drove downtown to get my wife's signature to finalize the deal. We're very happy with our new Mazda! More
