She made me feel heard as an "elderly" car owner (it was a 2003 car) and made sure I understood all my options for repairs. When I mentioned that we were getting ready to sell, she encouraged me to reach out to her when we were ready. Her professionalism and the way she listened to me brought me back this last weekend. When we got to the dealership to test drive cars, Lynn Sanchez set us up with Logan Hallum in the sales department. Logan was quick to build a positive relationship with us and was thoughtful and supportive during our purchasing experience. He struck the balance of being a motivated salesperson, but being pushy at all. He was a joy to work with and we enjoyed walking through the sales experience with him. Never going anywhere else!!!! I went into Gladstone Mazda with the expectation that hey wouldn’t be able to get me out of my oils car and into a new one because everyone else turne I went into Gladstone Mazda with the expectation that hey wouldn’t be able to get me out of my oils car and into a new one because everyone else turned me away.
