Amazing So I’ll keep it short and sweet! Basically was in the market for a different vehicle than the one I had, I like Mazda’s so I came to this dealership o So I’ll keep it short and sweet! Basically was in the market for a different vehicle than the one I had, I like Mazda’s so I came to this dealership on Mcglophlin Blvd. I get nervous at places like dealerships because I had a terrible experience at Treasure Auto right down the road as my engine caught fire a month after getting the mazda. SO! Going to this dealership I left with a brand new Mazda and had a great guy, Alex Parra, who helped me with every question I had.. he specifically made this experience special as I bought a brand new vehicle.. it was a huge deal for me but I’d say Alex made everything smooth and he even brought us lunch because the process was cutting into out lunch time! I mean who does that! What a great gesture of kindness! I’ve had nothing but positive with the new vehicle since leaving the lot and anytime I have a question Alex is there to answer.. I don’t feel like I’m bugging him even on his days off e answers and helps.. he’s over-all nice, great smile, smart and charming! I’d recommend him to anyone anyway to deal with while being in the market for a new or used vehicle.. That being said I can be a challenge :) But everyone I worked with at M of G were all very pleasant and down to earth folks. Mazda of Gladstone was the only dealer in the Portland metro area that had the car I wanted in stock (CX3 GT AWD w premium package) in the exact color Mazda of Gladstone was the only dealer in the Portland metro area that had the car I wanted in stock (CX3 GT AWD w premium package) in the exact color combination I wanted, so I did not have to settle or wait. Everyone was very friendly and did not make an already naturally stressful process any more stressful or uncomfortable that it had to be. It was actually quite enjoyable. I thought everyone was very friendly. I actually left another Mazda dealership because the salesperson was rude to me when I tried to negotiate, and I felt pressured and manipulated by him. My first point of contact was Sarah. She is great. I knew what I was looking for (CX3 with certain packages) and wanted to know the price via email. She was very responsive to my emails. I had a really great test drive with her that was pretty long and allowed me to test the car how I would normally drive it. When I went into the store, Sarah introduced me to Lynn and I worked with her as well. Lynn was open and friendly and genuine. I purchased the car the next day and worked with Manny. Manny was nice and thorough and very helpful. He walked me through the purchase of the car and gave me an overview of the car. Then we sat in the car together and he helped me get some preliminary things set up and invited me back if I have additional questions. Sarah, Lynn, and Manny were really wonderful to work with. As a single woman who went into the dealership by myself, I really liked that women worked there. Overall, Mazda of Gladstone is a great dealership! Everything was ready to go when each time I went down there so I did not have to wait. I received personal attention. I drove down there from Portland to purchase the car because I could not get what I wanted in Portland. More
