Here’s how the story goes: I work at GNC on Mcgloughlin in Oak Grove and she so happens to pop into my work to grab a few things before she headed to her own work. We were making small talk and she mentions she works at Mazda! Well it just so happens that I had a Mazda of my own that was unreliable and I briefly explained the issues I was having with the car. She so kindly takes all my information and gives me hers as well and tells me “come in to Mazda of Gladstone and we will work with you and find you a reliable car.” I took her up on that offer and a couple weeks later I am leaving the dealership with a brand new Mazda Mazda3 Sport and I couldn’t be more in love with it!! Start to finish the process was amazing and they were willing to work with me. Lynn Sanchez was with me through the whole process and made sure to explain anything and everything and answering any questions or concerns I was to have about the car. Thank you so much!! "Stress Free Purchase" After spending time researching the Model we wanted to purchase. Manny reached out to us while we were awaiting a flight home. He took a few minutes to introduce himself and informed me of his current inventory of CX5's. It was a no pressure call and he said he would follow up with us in a few days via email or phone. Manny was able to locate the color we wanted and we completed the paperwork. After seeing Jonathan Hale in Finance, Manny spent time with us explaining the finer points of the on board screen and how you can best use the technology. I really can't say enough about the staff at Gladstone. They definitely restored our confidence when going into a dealership and not feeling the pressure that most everyone feels when they go car shopping. More
