Fun day with a fun staff Well, I picked Halloween to look for a new CX5 and contacted Mazda of Gladstone first thing in the morning. When Lynn Sanchez popped up on the internet chat I thought she was just there to answer questions. Much to my surprise she made an appointment with me and met me at the dealership to answer all my questions. All the staff were in costumes and it was really a fun day. Not many can say that about the car buying experience but I can say there wasn't one minute of stress involved. Lynn went over all the details of the CX5 and every step of the process was completely explained. . She was involved through the whole transaction. No passing me off to another person etc. that happens so much at other dealers. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. I plan to be a customer of theirs from now on. More

You might think that all dealerships would roll out the red carpet to sell you a new vehicle, but it really boils down to dealership philosophy and the personnel to make it work. When he found the car I wanted, he emailed me the spec sheet, and went over all the particulars... explaining how all the special equipment on the GT worked. They had to acquire the car from another dealer and they were closed at the point of our phone call. The next day I called Manny on his cell phone before he was even at work, and he immediately found out the status of our vehicle. I could go on at the risk of sounding like he paid me to write a review, but I'm just really impressed with the level of customer service, in a world where that is now rare. Our new car is lovely, and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

We also got to interact with Dave who seamlessly guided us through the paperwork and who also has some great tips about the car we were buying.
