Linda encouraged me to look at all cars that were all wheel drive and asked many questions about my family needs. When I was not as comfortable in the CX-3 she showed me the CX-5 and I fell in love. I was having a tough time deciding on a color and she was very patient and professional. The entire team showed a no-pressure approach and really helped me to feel comfortable in the car buying experience. I chose a CX-5 with multi tone interior and just love it. The team at Mazda, (Chad, Alex, and Jeff), offered excellent customer service, takingtime to talk with me, and really make sure I was buying the best car for me. It was more than simply selling a car for them--they truly care about their customers. Alex went above and beyond the call of duty--making sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle I purchased. He spent the better part of two days educating me about my car. I am very low tech, so Alex wanted to make sure I understood how to operate the many computerized features of the car. She was quick, incredibly thorough and very responsive. We logged onto their website at approx noon on Labor Day...and after a quick online chat, a follow up phone call with Sarah and a few text messages, the deal was essentially done! Much to our surprise, our new car was delivered to us at 8:00 pm that night. Did I mention we live in Bend? Yes, that's correct...Sales Associate Eric Blaha drove our car over that night and we signed the papers at our kitchen table!
