This was my first car purchase so I naturally got cold feet before signing on the dotted line. Jeff tried to get the sale then and there by sweetening the lease offer a bit if I were to buy the car before I left. I decided that I needed to sleep on it and decided to make the purchase a day later. I mentioned the deal that Jeff offered me, and without hesitation, they gave me the offer I was given the evening before. The finance department explained options I could include in my lease, but without trying to overly sell me on them. I couldn't be happier with my Mazda6 and the buying process was just as good. I went in to the car buying process thinking it would be a nightmare, but Gladstone Mazda showed me otherwise. Big ups to everyone who guided me through the process. More
