My Third Car from Gladstone Mazda I purchased a new 2008 Mazda 5, leased a new 2014 Mazda 3, and purchased a new 2017 Mazda 3. Sarah is very thorough and very customer oriented. My wife and I bought a 2017 CX9 Signature from Ted and Sarah at Galdstone Mazda after dealing with two other dealers in the area, one of which was terrible. In fact, after I dealt with a Vancouver area Mazda dealer I was done speaking to dealers and swore them off for good. Thankfully I reached out to Galdstone. In no time at all Ted and I had agreed to a great deal on the new CX9 and my trade. However, when we arrived to pick up the CX9 I was still waiting for that "gotcha" moment. But, Sarah was there to finalize the deal (Ted was off) and provided exemplary service and was a joy to work with. I'm happy to report there was no "gotcha" moment. Just great people who are happy to make a great deal. I cannot recommend Ted, Sarah and Gladstone Mazda highly enough. We'll be back! More

Sweet talkers, maybe a good deal but if anything goes south they won't hesitate to ignore you and not do anything to address the issue. Rude manager. Created a scene in the showroom. Sales Rep did not pick up my calls after I informed them about the issue. Took me 3 weeks to get them to fix the issue after involving the representative from the Mazda Company. Only agreed to fix it once I showed proof to the company. Even the customer care at Mazda is not responsive. Requested the call transcripts from Mazda Customer care 3 times to no avail. I would conclude they don't value their customers request. Even the accessories promised at the time of delivery were not installed. Had to go there twice before the Mazda company representative got involved and fixed the issue along with installation of the accessories. They even took over two months to send me my license plates. A friend of mine who got a car from another brand received it in 3 weeks. In summary: Be prepared for a long road in case of any issues EDIT: The Dealer responded that the manager will reach out personally "Our General Sales Manager, Zac Caverhill has been made aware of your concerns and will be reaching out personally to see if there is anything else we can do for you." Unfortunately, these people seem to be just portraying a nice image but they don't mean a single word they say. More

Among all the dealers I've quoted from, Gladstone Mazda offered me one of the most competitive price, and the communication with Carmen and Ted was smooth and comfortable. I finally made the choice to do the business with them, and committed $1k deposit to secure the car. Last Sunday I traveled to their place and finalized the deal. The whole process took ~2 hours and I left the dealership, being happy and along with my new CX-5. I recommended this dealership, reasons are: sales people sincere and easy to talk, purchasing process smooth and quick, price was competitive as well. More
