The other two dealerships offered passable deals, but the sales representatives didn't exactly make us feel excited or comfortable dealing with them. One conversation with Sarah Day, and my husband was sold. He said she was friendly and a straight-shooter. She was also the most knowledgeable salesperson about the car and its features, out of the the three we interviewed. When we got to the showroom, her smile lit up the place, and she treated us like instant best friends. Outstanding Experience I recently purchased a new CX-5 from Mazda of Gladstone and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I own a Mazda 6 and was at the deal I recently purchased a new CX-5 from Mazda of Gladstone and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I own a Mazda 6 and was at the dealership a couple of months ago for some routine maintenance, so I decided to look at the new 2017 CX-5 models. Lynn Sanchez answered all of my questions and encouraged me to take one for a test drive, which I did. Lynn did not pressure me to buy anything on that day, but she did stay in touch with a couple of phone calls and emails over the next 2 months just to let me know that she was there to help "if and when" I was ready to purchase. When my wife and I were ready, Lynn was very accommodating, allowing me to set up a time that worked for us to come in to the dealership and finalize the purchase. She was friendly, personable, engaging, knowledgeable... and genuine. Everything you could ask for from a sales person! Ask for Lynn if you are in the market for a new Mazda... she is wonderful to work with... and we are delighted with the CX-5. More

At Mazda of Gladstone, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere and the personal attention - Ted was extremely friendly and gave me a good deal right away before I even visited the dealership. He did an excellent job in explaining all the features of the car during the test drive, something which I found lacking in my visits to other dealerships. I also liked the fact that there was no pressure at all at any stage, and Ted patiently walked me through the paperwork. I also interacted with Sarah when I picked up my car, and I was equally happy with the level of customer service I received on my second visit. I highly recommend the team at Mazda of Gladstone. More
